During this post-emergency period, we see new and established patients in the clinic for appointments and treatments, and we have taken all precautions for your safety. Masks are now optional in our clinic, but if you are coughing, please continue to wear a mask for our mutual benefit. New Patients, we will not prescribe opioid pain medication for chronic conditions. We will treat your underlying inflammatory disease.

Monday appointments 8:40 AM - 4:20 PM
(Dr. Lamichhane is out Mondays. )
Tuesday appointments 8:00 AM - 4:20 PM
Wednesday appointments 8:00 AM - 4:20 PM
(Dr. Maier is out Wednesdays.)
Thursday appointments 8:00 AM - 4:20 PM
Friday 8:00 AM - 4:20 PM
(Dr. Maier is out Fridays.)
INFUSION SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM--4:00 PM

ULTRA SOUND JOINT EXAMS / ULTRA SOUND GUIDED INJECTIONS:
During Dr. Lamichhane's normal appointment hours.

(541) 434-5585 and you will be transferred to our answering service and you will speak with a rheumatologist.
For appointments or other questions, visit the patient portal or wait until our office is open.
If you have an emergency, call 911 or your emergency services.
During office closures due to weather,
we will call you to reschedule your visit or treatments.
